In a world where “going viral” is a good thing (at least in the technological sense), Anthropic’s Chatbot, Claude, is going mobile! Seems like the AI version of “Keeping up with the Kardashians”, minus the family drama. It’s all set to challenge the leading light, OpenAI’s ChatGPT, in the artificial intelligence playground. Seems like the tech tykes at Anthropic, many of whom used to play ball with OpenAI, have found their way back to their past in a bid to create a better future. Woah, talk about intense!
The Big Deal
* Anthropic, a rival to OpenAI and helmed by former OpenAI foot soldier-turned-rebel, is lacing up its boots for a face-off with OpenAI’s ChatGPT.
* Ironically, the renegade group claims their diamond in the rough, Claude, has already outranked ChatGPT in some mini-tests of intellectual prowess. And now, they’re looking to win the hearts of everyday users. No pressure, GPT.
